

Amazing Week
Just returned from an amazing week led by Lindy. I booked this retreat with a very open mind not knowing what to expect.
Lindy has a very calming, inclusive style and we all gained so much from her direction and inspiring sessions. Our daily Pilates practice varied and hugely enabling. I have returned so much stronger and with a powerful core. I gained so much from the mindfulness and meditation sessions and it was uplifting to connect with others in the group - strangers on day one and buddies by day 7 with the connection of a moving, shared experience. The food was just incredible and our chef Steve Milne presented healthy tasty and nourishing meals. Our trips away from the villa were marvellous.
Waterfalls, sunset meals and an amazing boat trip. The villa was a perfect haven with spectacular views of daily sunrises and sunsets. Such a privilege doing our Pilates poolside with the sun on our bodies.
Don't hesitate to book this if you are considering.

Making Memories
Have just returned from beautiful week in
Lefkada meeting new friends and making new
memories.
The food has been exceptional - thank you to
Chef Steve Milne for the extra effort to
accommodate my allergies.
Thank you Lindy Vosper for everything- the
Pilates, the mindfulness sessions, the super
trips you organised for us and for chauffeuring
us around. The accommodation and location
are also absolutely amazing.

A fabulous experience
The itinerary was well thought out. We went sailing, visited a waterfall, had an afternoon at the beach and free time to discover the shops in Lefkada and Nydri. Discovered water colour art, practiced Arabic dancing, we laughed, we cried and sang together. A fabulous experience relaxing, unwinding and resetting.
Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a retreat experience in a beautiful setting.

'Journey of self-discovery'
I think that I learned things on this retreat that I have yet to realise. Lindy created a safe space for us to open up and share very personal experiences. She's fun, kind and very thoughtful and I loved that she adapted recipes to suit my preferences.
I had a lovely start to a journey of self-discovery on this retreat and I loved every moment.
Just wish it didn't have to end so soon.

'Wonderful Week'
Having been home a couple of weeks and reflected on our trip I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful week it was. It was so well organised, varied and relaxing and I know you put a lot of work into making it a special week for us all.
I still feel an inner peace and when I get the monkey brain remember the breathing and mindfulness!
I learnt so much about myself and can see a clearer path forward now.
