About the Retreat
Indulge in the ultimate self-care escape at our exclusive retreat on the island of Bali.
Build lifelong connections with your retreat group and bring your mind and body into healthy union.
Walk. Swim. Rest.
How is this achieved?
With tried and trusted methods to enhance your self-worth:
healthy authentic communication, mindfulness meditations to de-stress your mind, a workshop to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, thought provoking journaling, building a toned, elegant body, embracing what is most important to you and aligning with your wiser self.

Pilates
Connecting into your body as it moves, breathes and stretches will lead to mental ease and a sense of wellbeing. There are always modifications for the exercises making Pilates available for anyone from beginner to advanced
Mindfulness
Add mindfulness exercises like walking, sitting and body meditations that create calm and stable clarity of thought. Meditation is like having a 2 second rule before reacting and learning to respond instead. That one thing is life-changing.
Breathwork
Learn breathwork to clarify and settle into your inner anchor of strength and gratitude.
You take your breath with you wherever you go and it can be used when anxiety, fear, stress or negative emotions take over

Getting there
The flights times are based on UK flights to Denpasser, Bali, Indonesia from London.
I reccomend that you add on a few days either side of the trip as it is a long distance flight. You could spent the time on Bali (maybe near the beach or travel to the Gilli islands nearby) Please message me for information as I have travelled in Indonesia and can give you guidance. It is a very safe and friendly place.
Going out
There are many flights at different times to Denpasar airport on the island of Bali. You can arrive before the retreat or on the day. Please make sure that your flight arrives on the 10th March 2026 as you will need to book your flight for the 9th March. Entry into the hotel is from 14.00 onwards but you can leave luggage there if need be.
Coming back
You may want to stay a bit longer in Indonesia if you are flying from Europe. It may be best to tag on a few days after the retreat to travel as you will have had time to settle into the culture by then but it is up to you.
These are advisory flights based on timings for arrival and departure and length of flight time. There are many flights from different airlines and cities in the UK to choose from. Please note that these flights extend into the following day, so going out to Bali is leaving on the 9th March and arriving on the 10th March and the returning flight leaves on the 17th and returns to the UK on the 18th March
Please contact me if you need more information on travel arrangements. I am happy to help.

The Itinerary
Below is our general itinerary for the week. The format and days may be changed due to weather conditions, availability of therapists etc.

Diet
If you would like to lose weight or change a bad eating habit this may be the time to do it. By eating high protein and tasty food, without sugars, preservatives or additives, cooked from scratch by our team for you to enjoy, is an excellent way to jump-start a new relationship to food.
Include mindful eating - really noticing the food you eat, how it tastes, looks, smells - to change bad habits can give you satisfaction and a feeling of comfort from your food without looking for more.
Enjoying food together
We have found that the food is of great importance to a persons enjoyment on a retreat. Taste is one of the senses after all and we work very hard to make sure it is as tasty, nutritious and always fresh. There is nothing like the taste of a sun-ripened tomato to know you are in a Mediterranean country. Adding traditional Greek dishes really adds to the whole ambience of a week on the beautiful island of Lefkada.

Food
What's on the menu?
We are offering a healthy week with delicious foods, Greek salads and traditional meals. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have a specific dietary requirement please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. A vegetarian menu fits in very well with the weeks' dishes, adding halloumi, feta, eggs and sweet potatoes to replace the meat and fish is very easy to do. We make a delicious fakes (Greek lentils) soup one evening with feta and salad and tasty Greek green beans with Halloumi on another night.
Delicious Greek Food
The Greek-style Mediterranean food will all be freshly cooked with the emphasis on salads, fish and local foods, using seasonal fruits and vegetables as much as possible.
Breakfast
Is taken in the comfort of your own accommodation and will be fruits, yoghurt, fresh bread, eggs, juice etc.
Lunch
Will be shared together at the villa or taken with us on our excursions, usually salads, fruits, delicious Greek cheese pies etc.
Dinner
Is shared together at the villa and there will be a different menu every night, including fresh fish, Greek lentils and green beans, a bbq and there will always be a fresh tasty salad!
Coffee tea and snacks
There will always be a supply of Lavazza coffee, English and herbal teas, lemon-ginger-mint water, fruit and nuts available. There is the option of wine and beer with meals as extra.
